The ride to benefit the New Jersey Center for Outreach and Services for the Autism Community. All proceeds for the seventh annual Ride for Autism benefit COSAC.

This recreational bicycle tour travels through scenic central New Jersey, starting and finishing at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft (just off exit 109 of the Garden State Parkway). You are able to choose from seven routes ranging in length from 7 to 100 miles, designed by the Jersey Shore Touring Society bicycle club for cyclists of all levels, from beginner to serious. Rest stops and SAG support are provided on all routes.

The Harlem Valley Rail Ride starts and finishes in Millerton, New York, in northeastern Dutchess County. From this attractive small town, riders head out on routes of 22, 30, 55, 75, or 100 miles, beginning on the Harlem Valley Rail Trail and continuing on back roads through farm country for the longer distances. Chartered bus transportation between Manhattan and Millerton is available.

After the ride, we welcome everyone back to town with a Festival full of activities for cyclists and area residents alike: fun things for kids, chicken and pork barbeque, a farmers' market, rides, massage, music, and more. Plus, everyone gets to cool off in the town pool!

Twin Lights Ride begins and ends in Highlands, New Jersey, beneath the famed Twin Lights overlooking Sandy Hook. From there, five fully supported routes (15-100 miles) travel the back roads of Monmouth County, New Jersey. Ferry transportation is available from Downtown Manhattan.
